New and handy brochure tells you how the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) can help you with problems in cross-border trade within EU, Iceland and Norway.
There is also a complete list of contact details for each ECC in different countries as well as information on your rights as a consumer and some consumer cases. Consumers ar advised to contact the ECC of their own country in problems related to companies in other EU countries, Iceland or Norway.
