European Consumer Centre telephone service hours change in August

The telephone service hours of European Consumer Centre Finland will change as of Monday, 3 August 2026. The aim of the change is to allocate customer service resources more effectively and ensure smooth service in the future as well. For urgent matters, we recommend calling our telephone service.

From the beginning of August, our telephone service at 09 5110 1205 will be available as follows:

  • Mondays from 10:00 to 12:00
  • Tuesdays from 12:00 to 14:00
  • Wednesdays from 10:00 to 12:00

In addition to the telephone service, consumers can also contact European Consumer Centre Finland via an online form at ecc.fi/en/our-services.

All calls (including queuing) to telephone numbers starting with 09 are charged at domestic rates. The charge is determined on the basis of the caller’s subscription contract. The calls are usually included in call packages.
