Experts from the European Consumer Centre are sharing information on air passenger rights in the EU at Helsinki Airport on 1 July 2022 from 10:00 to 14:00. You can find our booth in the lobby of departing international flights.
The European Consumer Centre receives consumer contacts about air travel almost every day. Our experts are coming to Helsinki Airport to provide information on passenger rights regarding delayed and cancelled flights and the loss of their luggage. We will also give passengers instructions on situations about which they are concerned.
In addition to a compact brochure, we will also be giving out sweets and handy screen cleaning cloths.
