Once a price has been agreed, it cannot be changed unless the contract specifically states that prices may change and explains in detail how changes to prices are calculated. Tour operators and travel agencies can only change the price of a package on the basis of changes to transport costs. However, no price increases are allowed within the last 20 days before the scheduled date of departure.
Tour operators and travel agencies have a duty to notify you as soon as possible if they feel obligated to significantly change the price of your package. If this happens, you can either agree to the price change or cancel your booking without incurring any charges.
