The United Kingdom plans to exit the EU. Up until that date, all EU law, including common provisions on consumer protection, will remain in force and applied also in the UK. If the UK and EU cannot reach an deal on the terms of Brexit, EU agreements will cease to be effective in the UK. Brexit can also be delayed.
