We received 2,229 complaints from consumers last year. In 2014 the corresponding figure was 1,839. The figures do not include complaints regarding purchases made in non-EU countries. Complaints related to subscription traps and air travel (delays and cancellations) were clearly dominant. In addition, we responded to 731 information requests in 2015.
