The European Consumer Centre in Slovenia has put together a package of practical instructions and advice for those arriving in the country for EuroBasket 2013 (4 – 22 September). These tips include information on arriving in the country, lodging, shopping and healthcare services, as well as a run-through of the types of rights consumers enjoy in Slovenia. The consumer is given information on their rights in the event of flight and train delays, product faults and guarantees.
The European Consumer Centre in Slovenia has produced the ”Be a Smart Consumer during EuroBasket 2013 in Slovenia” guide. The guide will also be available during EuroBasket 2013 at tournament locations, the airport, tourist information points, hotels and hostels in Slovenia.
