European Consumer Centre in Finland has received 43 complaints about an online furniture dealer Infurn. Consumers have complained about delayed or non-delivered goods, or the lack of refund as requested.
The company has caused problems for customers all over Europe.
Unfortunately the powers of the ECC-Net are limited. The network have no ways of acting unless the company itself agrees to cooperate. A chargeback via European Consumer Centre is not possible at the moment. Consumers who have paid with their credit cards can claim refund from their credit company.
