The European Commission is gathering information and wants to hear (by 25th April) about the consumers’ experience regarding purchases related to timeshare and other long-term holiday products. By answering to the questionnaire you can contribute to the assessment of the accuracy of the present timeshare legislation.
Timeshare and other long-term holiday products are governed by Directive 2008/122/EC. The European Commission has appointed CSES (Centre for Strategy & Evaluation Services ) to undertake an assessment regarding the effectiveness of the present legislative framework .
The Commission will collect information from consumers regarding timeshare purchases and related problems at home and abroad.
The deadline for answering the questionnaire is 25 Apr 2014.
