Fill in the contact form if the vendor has not responded to your complaint, or if you are not satisfied with the response.
If you have paid for your purchase by credit card but have not received a delivery, please contact your credit card company. In such a case, under chapter 7 section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act, the credit card company is obliged to refund you the purchase price. However, any compensation you can claim from the credit card company is limited to the purchase price that you paid the vendor.
