We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to analyse and monitor the use of our online services. Usage information is collected through cookies, but the information is not processed or saved in a format that allows us to monitor individual users. The secure mail service does not use Google Analytics.
We use the information to determine what the users of the site want and how we can best provide them with the information they need. The information collected through Google Analytics is retained for 50 months, and then it is deleted automatically.

- whether a visitor is visiting the page for the first time
- which URL the visitor arrives from
- the most used search words
- the most popular pages
- the most used browser versions
- the most used devices
