CANCELLATION OF TIMESHARE AGREEMENT (sopimuksen numero, tunnus tms.)
We, the undersigned hereby cancel agreement number SF 1001 (sopimuksen nro, tunnus tms.) made at (paikka ja sopimuksentekopäivä, esim Malaga on 1 April 2005. ) with (myyjäyrityksen nimi, esim. Unelma Beach S.L.) refrerring to the 10 days cooling-off period provided by the national legislation implementing timeshare directive 94/47/EC.
(We request that the seller reimburse forthwith the deposit of (lisää velotetun käsirahan summa) to our account at (lisää pankkisi nimi ja tilinumero IBAN- ja SWIFt -koodeineen maksunpalautusta varten.)
