Air passengers’ rights theme day at European Consumer Centres
Do you find that air passenger rights are properly implemented? Were you informed of your rights at the airport when your flight was cancelled or delayed, or your luggage went missing? Did the airline offer you meal vouchers or a possibility to call home? Or perhaps you were given no information about your rights, and you were left hanging around the departure gate for hours with no assistance?
Do you have good or bad experiences that you would like to make known to decision-makers? Ask the European Consumer Centre about air passengers’ rights on Thursday 7 July between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., or use the online form to report your experiences to us. For the telephone number and the form for contacting us, visit www.ecc.fi/themeday
The European Consumer Centre will use this information to promote air passengers’ rights and to develop its online services. The European Consumer Centre will also disseminate information about the observations made based on the contacts.
If you are at an airport and feel uncertain about your rights when you have problems with a flight, you can always check your rights on our website at http://www.ecc.fi/travel.
