If you have a complaint concerning goods or services purchased from a Finnish trader, please make sure that you complain to the trader first in writing. If you have paid by credit card, make your complaint to the credit card company also.
Should you need advice on your rights as a consumer or how to make a complaint, contact consumer adviser, if you live in Finland. If you live elsewhere in Europe, you may contact the European Consumer Centre of your own country, who will pass your query to the European Consumer Centre Finland, or you may contact us directly. If the matter has not been solved after your own complaint, you may likewise contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) or ECC Finland for getting assistance.
