We, the undersigned hereby cancel agreement number SF 1001 (for example number of contract) made at (place and date of the conclusion of an agreement, for example Malaga on 1 April 2005. ) with (company name of the seller, for example Unelma Beach S.L.) refrerring to the 10 days cooling-off period provided by the national legislation implementing timeshare directive 94/47/EC.
