Estonian company DVDmedia still failing to despatch ordered goods

The European Consumer Centre issued a warning to consumers last May about the Estonian online shop DVDmedia, which sells DVD discs. The company had failed to supply its customers with products that they had ordered and paid for in advance.

Since May, the European Consumer Centre has received six complaints about the same matter from Finnish consumers. Finnish consumers who have not received products that they ordered and paid for in advance are advised to contact the police.

DVDmedia’s online shop is still open. According to information received by the European Consumer Centre, the Estonian police is no longer actively investigating the company’s operations. However, the Consumer Protection Board in Estonia has begun examining the matter.
